* Please note that the Greatmore Studios is founded and is operated on an artist-led-community of practice ethos that is based on mutual co-operation, respect, non-discriminatory. By applying to this residency you are agreeing to do your part to bring your iteration and cooperation in retaining this vision.
* Studio space includes the use of a studio, shared courtyard and garden, kitchen event space in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and in accordance with Covid - Safety and Regulations Guidelines.
* Accommodation includes the use of a room, shared kitchen, bathrooms and garden and outdoor space.
* An industry standard of 6-8 % annual increase is applicable and will be determined and communicated timeously.
* Please also note that one month a security deposit is payable as per rental standard procedures.
